Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Vital Essence : At Vital Essence, I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all my clients, I have to implement the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available slot. You can contact me via phone,email,text, or any other means of communication provided. No Show or Cancellation Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel within 24hours of the scheduled appointment time,cancellation fee will be charged. This fee amounts to 25% of the total cost of the scheduled service (s). Cancellation Fee Payment: The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or any other payment method that was provided during the booking process. You will be notified of the fee and it’s deduction from email, text and phone. Refunds: The No Show and Cancellation policy fee is non-refundable.
