Cancellation, Rescheduling , No Show And Refund Policy for Vital Essence : At Vital Essence, I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have to implement the following policies. 1. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an available appointment. You can contact us via phone, leave a voice message or text message. No Show or Last minute Cancellation Fee: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment it’s considered “No Show” you will be charged 100% of no show service fee for scheduled service. For cancellations that’s not made within 24hrs will be charged 50% service fee for scheduled service (s). Cancellation Fee Payment: The cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file or any other payment method that was provided during the booking process. You will be notified of the fee and its deduction from text message or phone call. Refunds: Online Booking deposits is non-refundable No Show and Last minute Cancellation policy fee is non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our policies.
